Refund Policy

ouvani offers a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your PottyMouth Pro subscription or a clip pack, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request one, visit paddle.net with your order email or receipt, or email us at support@pottymouth.app and we will raise it for you.

Refunded clip packs have their remaining clips removed from your balance. Cancelling a Pro subscription stops future renewals; you keep Pro access until the end of the period you have already paid for.

Paddle’s own refund policy also applies to every order.
