Extra bleep time added before and after each flagged word, so the start or tail of a swear never slips through. Higher values are safer but swallow a little more of the words around it.
Scan depth
One fast pass with overlapping segments is enough for most clips. A second pass with shifted cuts squeezes out mumbled or back-to-back swears, but takes about twice as long.
Audio preprocessing
This is what the transcriber hears. Push quiet mumbling up, but keep the peaks off the ceiling — distorted audio is where swears get missed.
